Through a donation of $120,000, the Fang Fang Education Project will be able to provide three years of education for underprivileged girls in the Danian region of Guangxi, China.

Huber Engineered Materials, a specialty manufacturing business within the J.M. Huber Corporation portfolio of companies, through its subsidiary Huber Soda, LLC, announced today it has acquired the Natrium Products business assets from Natrium Products, Inc.

After 20 years with the Company, Chief Financial Officer Jeff Prosinski will retire, effective January 1, 2024. He will be succeeded by Glenn M. Fish, effective August 21.
