Joe Burgess Named President of Huber Engineered Woods

ATLANTA, Georgia (September 18, 2026) – Glenn M. Fish, President & CEO of J.M. Huber Corporation (Huber), announced today that he has named Joe Burgess as the next President of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW).  

Burgess has served as Interim President since May 2026 and previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. During his tenure with HEW, he has made significant contributions to strengthen the company’s market leadership through strategic customer partnerships, commercial growth initiatives, operational collaboration and a relentless focus on delivering value for customers and shareholders. 

With more than 25 years of experience in the building products industry, Burgess brings extensive leadership expertise spanning sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, strategic planning and business development. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and driven strong business results while championing a customer-first culture and commitment to safety, innovation and operational excellence. 

As President, Burgess will lead HEW’s continued focus on delivering innovative building solutions, deepening customer partnerships, expanding market opportunities and creating long-term value for employees, customers, communities and shareholders.
