ATLANTA, GEORGIA (July 20, 2026) – President & CEO of the J.M. Huber Corporation (Huber) Glenn M. Fish announced today that Rajeev Rao has joined Huber as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Corporate Strategy & Business Development. 

In his new role, Rajeev will lead Huber’s corporate strategy and business development activities and advance the Company’s long-term aspirations by identifying new opportunities for growth, strengthening the Huber portfolio and evaluating strategic investments.  

Rajeev brings an exceptional combination of strategic leadership, business management, and Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) expertise to Huber developed over more than two decades across the specialty chemicals, coatings and industrial sectors.  

Most recently, Rajeev served as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy and Corporate Development at Nouryon, a global specialty chemicals company with more than $5 billion in annual revenue. As a member of the Nouryon Leadership Team, he was a key strategic advisor to the Chairman and CEO and led the company’s enterprise strategy and corporate development activities. During his tenure, he successfully completed multiple acquisitions and divestitures, helped shape the company’s growth strategy and supported numerous strategic and transformational initiatives related to Nouryon’s portfolio.  

Before joining Nouryon, Rajeev held senior leadership roles at Axalta Coating Systems and Halliburton as well as McKinsey & Company and Akzo Nobel.  

Rajeev holds an MBA from New York University, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Anna University in Chennai, India.
