Jeffrey Prosinski brings 20 years of experience at Huber to his role as Chair of the Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) Management Board.

Prosinski retired as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the J.M. Huber Corporation in 2023, having served in that role since 2006. He joined Huber in 2003 as Vice President of Finance in charge of the Tax and Internal Audit Departments and was named Corporate Controller of Huber in 2004.

In addition to his current role, Prosinski was a member of the CP Kelco Board from 2016-2023, the Huber Engineered Materials Board from 2012-2016. He previously served on the HEW Board from 2005-2009 and again from 2011-2012 before becoming Board Chair.

Prosinski also serves on the Board of Michelman, a global developer of water-based coatings and surface modifiers.

Prior to joining Huber, Prosinski worked at PolyOne Corporation, where he was the Finance Director for the North American Plastics organization. He helped integrate and consolidate the finance organizations of Geon and M.A. Hanna Company, which led to the creation of PolyOne. During Prosinski’s career at M.A. Hanna, he led several finance teams and the business development team, as well as numerous mergers and acquisition initiatives. He was a Senior Manager, International Tax and Transaction Support, at Price Waterhouse (now PWC).

Prosinski is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Miami University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
