Andrew Fordyce brings over 20 years of global sales and marketing strategies and strategic account management to his role on the Management Board of CP Kelco. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Food and Beverages Division of Novozymes A/S, a global biotechnology company.
Fordyce joined Novozymes in 1994 as a Pilot Plant Scientist and took on roles of increasing responsibility. After four years as the Pilot Plant Manager of the North Carolina Enzymes Factory, he became Global Marketing Manager of Novozymes’ Swiss affiliate’s Cereal Food Enzymes division in 2001.
As General Manager of Novozymes Switzerland, a role Fordyce took on in 2003, his responsibilities included leading the global bakery business strategy group and establishing and executing the group’s marketing plan. As Vice President of Sales and Customer Solutions starting in 2007, he led Novozymes’ global sales and technical service teams. He took on the role of Executive Vice President of Business Operations in 2013, before assuming his current position in 2016.
Fordyce holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
