ATLANTA (April 13, 2021) — J.M. Huber Corporation is proud to announce it has been selected as a 2021 US Best Managed Company. Sponsored by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, the program recognizes outstanding US private companies and the achievements of their management teams. This is the second year in a row that Huber has earned this distinction.

The 48 designees for 2021 have demonstrated excellence in strategic planning and execution, a commitment to their people and fostering a dynamic, resilient culture, as well as strong financials, all while facing the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite major challenges and immense pressure, they continued to lead with purpose and the vision to make significant contributions to their industries, communities, workforces and the economy.

“This recognition is a tribute to Huber’s unique principled culture and high-performing teams,” says Huber President & CEO Mike Marberry. “Our strong sense of purpose is something we can be very proud of.”

Applicants with revenues of at least $250 million were evaluated and selected by a panel of external judges used a rigorous and independent process focused on assessing the hallmarks of excellence in four key areas: strategy, ability to execute, corporate culture and financial performance. Huber is part of a global ecosystem of honorees from more than 30 countries recognized by the Best Managed Companies program (visit www.usbestmanagedcompanies.com to learn more).

The Huber Principles guide Huber’s business decisions. Our corporate culture is also demonstrated and strengthen by our Triple Bottom Line sustainability strategy, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative we call I Belong at Huber and the Huber Helps community engagement program. This year’s award also focused on how well the Company adhered to its core values in responding to the COVID-19 crisis.
