A member of the fifth generation of Huber family members, Zachary Seely joined the Huber Corporate Board of Directors in March 2017. Prior to becoming a voting Director, Seely was a non-voting family Director on both the Corporate Board and the Huber Engineered Materials Management Board.
Playing an active part in family governance, Seely was a Director of the Huber Family Office from 2009 to 2013, where he also served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. A summer internship at the Company during high school and another while in college fueled Seely’s interest in Huber.
Seely currently leads business strategy for Luma Pictures, which has a portfolio that includes visual effects services and original content production. He is also responsible for reviewing and approving investments for Luma’s start-up incubator and accelerator programs.
Before joining Luma in 2016, Seely held positions of increasing responsibility at several media-related businesses, including Spotify, Hulu, CNN and Fox Sports. He also gained experience at the global management consulting firm of McKinsey & Company, where he served in the Business Technology Office for four years.
Seely holds a BA from Bates College in Maine and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
