Lea Volpe has served as Vice President (VP) of Communications & Community Relations since March 2023 and is a member of the Huber Management Council. In her role, she is responsible for leading how communications are leveraged to engage employees across the enterprise in the Company’s vision, culture and strategic objectives, attract future talent and promote the Huber brand externally. She also leads the ongoing management of the Company’s global philanthropy and community engagement program known as Huber Helps. She joined J.M. Huber Corporation in 2017 as Director of Corporate Communications.

Volpe is an internationally recognized business leader with extensive experience driving growth in organizations through strategic leadership of marketing, PR and corporate communications, as well as philanthropy and community engagement programs. She brings vision and immense passion for people to whatever endeavor she is involved in.

Before joining Huber, Volpe led Corporate Communications and philanthropy efforts for several US-based healthcare companies. Prior to that, she was the global head of Marketing and Communications for Golder Associates (now WSP), a global engineering and engineering consulting company. She also led efforts at Golder Associates that resulted in over $1 million of funding being invested in micro-enterprises across 11 countries in Africa through the company’s charity, the Golder Trust for Orphans.

She is a former board member and lifetime honorary member of the International Alliance for Women (TIAW), helping promote women’s economic empowerment around the globe.

Volpe holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, and speaks English, French, Italian and Japanese.
