Kirk Blanchette is the President of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW), bringing more than 25 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy and executive leadership. Kirk joined HEW in 2012 and has previously led the Marketing, Strategy, Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, Risk, Logistics, Sales & Operations Planning, Inside Sales, Information Technology, and Industrial/OEM functions of the business.  He is currently serving on the on the Management Board of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) and has been a member of the HEW Management Board and Huber Management Council (HMC)since 2025.  

Prior to joining HEW in 2012, Kirk held numerous roles in the venture capital and private equity industries, most recently as a Partner at Seguin Partners, a middle-market-focused fund. Prior to his principle investing roles he was an investment banker with Bank of America focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate finance for industrial clients. He also served on the Board of CP Kelco for 1 year while it was under Huber’s ownership.  

Kirk holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
