Jeff Vincent brings extensive experience with family-owned enterprises to his role on the Huber Board of Directors, which he joined in December 2015. Since 2001, he has served as the first non-family CEO & President of Laird Norton Company (LNC), a 167-year-old, seventh generation family business based in Seattle, Washington.
Vincent oversaw the growth of LNC’s largest subsidiary—a building materials distribution company—from $1 billion in revenue to more than $3 billion in five years. He played an instrumental role in the sale of the building materials business in 2006, which led to significant gains for Laird Norton family members. Over the past 14 years, he has focused LNC in three key areas: real estate, financial services and private equity investments in consumer companies.
Prior to LNC, Vincent held positions of increasing responsibility at Duchossois Industries, another family-owned business, over a span of 11 years, including Corporate Vice President of Business Development, Chief Financial Officer of the Chamberlain Group and President of Automated Solutions. Before coming to Duchossois, he worked for Deerpath Group, McKinsey & Company and AT&T.
Vincent has served on a variety of internal and external Boards of Directors. He currently serves on the board of Kinship LLC, a family trust company.
He holds a BS and BA from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and an MBA from Harvard University.
