Jeff Vincent brings extensive experience with family-owned enterprises to his role on the Huber Board of Directors, which he joined in December 2015. From 2001-2022, he served as the first non-family CEO & President of Laird Norton Company (LNC), a 169-year-old, seventh generation family business based in Seattle, Washington.

Prior to LNC, Vincent held positions of increasing responsibility at Duchossois Industries, another family-owned business, over a span of 11 years, including Corporate Vice President of Business Development, Chief Financial Officer of the Chamberlain Group and President of Automated Solutions.

Vincent has served on a variety of internal and external Boards of Directors. He currently serves on the boards of Kinship LLC, a family trust company, Heritage Group Holdings and Elswood Investment Corporation, other multi-generational family enterprises.

He also serves as the Chair of the Washington Student Achievement Council, a Washington state agency focused on Washington residents earning some type of post-secondary credential.

Vincent holds a BS and BA from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and an MBA from Harvard University.
