Jason Campbell
Jason Campbell has served as Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since December 2025 and is a member of the Huber Management Council. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring Huber has an effective capital structure, allowing the Company to optimize its resources to sustain profitable growth. This includes oversight of Huber’s Audit, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Treasury and Risk Management functions.
Campbell has a wealth of experience and background in finance leadership within public, private and family-owned manufacturing companies. He joined Huber in June 2025 from Rheem Manufacturing, where, since 2018, he served as the Vice President (VP) of Finance for Rheem’s Water Heating Division.
Prior to Rheem, Campbell held key finance positions with Icahn Automotive and Dematic. He also served in several progressively responsible leadership roles spanning a 13-year tenure at American Standard companies (American Standard, Trane and the spin-off of WABCO) in the United States and Belgium. His experience spanned Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations and senior finance positions, including both VP & Chief Accounting Officer and Interim CFO for WABCO.
Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance both from Rutgers University and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
