Heather Harding joined the Huber Corporate Board in December 2022, bringing over 25 years of operational experience at multiple global industrial manufacturing companies.

She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Luxfer Holdings PLC, a global materials technology company specializing in the design, manufacture and supply of high-performance materials, components and gas cylinders. In this role, Harding oversaw all financial aspects of the company, including US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, investor relations, financial compliance, internal audit, tax and treasury.

Prior to joining Luxfer, Harding was Vice President of Finance for various operating units within Cooper Industries (now a subsidiary of Eaton Corporation), a multinational electrical products manufacturer, from 2004-2017. This included a role as Chief Financial Officer for Cooper Lighting, Cooper’s largest business unit with revenues of over $1 billion, during which time the unit acquired and integrated nearly a dozen companies.

Harding began her career in 1991 at Emerson Electric, starting as a Corporate Internal Auditor and working her way up to Vice President of Finance and Administration by 2003.

In addition to the Huber Board of Directors, Harding sits on the Board of Janus International and currently serves on their Audit Committee.

A certified public accountant, Harding received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
