Glenn M. Fish

Glenn M. Fish has served as Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since August 2023 and is a member of the Huber Management Council. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring Huber has an effective capital structure, allowing the Company to optimize its resources to sustain profitable growth. This includes oversight of Huber’s Audit, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Treasury and Risk Management functions.

Fish has more than 25 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, business operations and general management in global manufacturing companies.

Prior to joining Huber, Fish served as EVP & CFO of Vibrantz Technologies, a leading specialty chemicals and advanced materials company, where he was responsible for global financial management, procurement and corporate development functions. He also drove the execution of the three-company acquisition and merger that created Vibrantz.

Before this, Fish served as EVP & CFO and then EVP & Chief Operating Officer and Board Director of Tekni-Plex, a global manufacturer of consumer packaging materials and medical device component materials serving the healthcare, personal care, household, and food and beverage markets.

Previously, he was also SVP & CFO of Portola Packaging Inc. (now Silgan / SLGN) and held numerous leadership roles during 12 years with Alcan Packaging.

Fish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
