Glenn M. Fish - J.M. Huber Corporation

Glenn M. Fish has served as President & CEO of J.M. Huber Corporation since December 2025.

Glenn has more than 30 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, business operations, and general management in global manufacturing companies.

He has been a member of the Huber Management Council (HMC) since August 2023, having initially joined the Company as Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Glenn prioritized building strong connections and relationships with Huber’s shareholders, employees and other stakeholders. He successfully evolved the organizational structure, succession and talent strategy within Huber’s Finance, Accounting and Tax Functions and played a key role in the development of Huber’s portfolio strategy, including the divestiture of CP Kelco to Tate & Lyle (T&L) in 2024.

Prior to joining Huber, he most recently served as the EVP & CFO of Vibrantz Technologies Inc., a leading specialty chemicals and advanced materials company. His prior leadership positions also include EVP & COO and EVP & CFO of Tekni-Plex, as well as senior leadership roles at Portola Packaging Inc. and Alcan Packaging. He has an MBA from DePaul University, a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
