Dwain Wilcox joined J.M. Huber Corporation as Chief Information Officer in July 2022 and has also served as an Executive Vice President (EVP) since March 2023. Wilcox is a member of the Huber Management Council and is responsible leading an enterprise-wide IT strategy that is aligned with business goals, and ensuring that IT initiatives are designed and implemented to meet the current and future needs of Huber.

With more than 30 years of experience with business-to-business industrial companies, Wilcox has an established track record of leading strategic technology planning and execution to support global business objectives, enable organizational growth and deliver financial performance. He has a proven ability to build high-performing, service-focused organizations, deliver on large technology transformations and manage complex mergers and divestitures.

Prior to Huber, Wilcox held executive-level roles in various large corporations where he was responsible for developing and integrating the IT strategy into the business strategy and building the IT function’s capabilities, including while serving as a VP & CIO at Axiall Corporation, a $4.5 billion manufacturer of chemicals and building products with a business portfolio model similar to Huber. Most recently, Dwain served as an Executive VP & CIO at TK Elevator America’s, formerly a $9 billion business unit of ThyssenKrupp AG, a global manufacturer of elevators and escalators, where he led IT technology transformations across the company designed to improve sales and operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from Florida State University.
