Doug Grant

Doug Grant joined the Management Board of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) in May 2023, bringing over 25 years of finance and strategy experience, including 16 years as an operating Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of each of J.M. Huber’s portfolio businesses. He is currently Senior Vice President & CFO of CP Kelco, a role he has held since 2018, where he leads CP Kelco’s Finance, IT and Risk teams.

Prior to CP Kelco, Grant led the global Finance team at Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) as VP & CFO. Early in his Huber career, Grant served as CFO & VP of Strategy at HEW, helping lead the business through the housing downturn and collaborating to build out HEW’s core specialty strategy.

Before joining Huber in 2006, Grant was a Principal at The Parthenon Group, a global strategy consulting firm based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Grant holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Management from Boston University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
