Andy Trott

W. Andrew Trott brings 18 years of experience at Huber to his role on the Management Board of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW).

Trott retired as President of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) in 2014, after having served in that leadership position since 2009. He has firsthand knowledge of the engineered woods business based on many years at HEW, including his role as its President from 2002 to 2007. Trott also served as Chair of the HEW Management Board at its inception in 2008 until May 2011.

When Trott first joined Huber, he was Vice President of Finance and Administration at HEW. He went on to become Corporate Controller at Huber’s headquarters in Edison, New Jersey, before returning to HEW as President.

Prior to becoming President of HEM, Trott served as an Executive Vice President of Huber and President of HEM’s Silica business unit.

Trott’s roles before joining Huber included accounting and operating positions at General Electric, Schneider Electric and Harris Corporation. He has a BS from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Duke University.
