A member of the fifth generation of Huber family members, Zachary Seely joined the Huber Corporate Board of Directors in March 2017. Prior to becoming a voting Director, Seely was a non-voting family Director on both the Corporate Board and the Huber Engineered Materials Management Board.

Playing an active part in family governance, Seely was a Director of the Huber Family Office from 2009 to 2013, where he also served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. A summer internship at the Company during high school and another while in college fueled Seely’s interest in Huber.

Seely is currently CEO of FSI, a healthcare-focused software-as-a-service (SaaS) business. Prior to leading FSI, Seely founded Seely Partners Capital (SPC), a private investment fund and spent time as an independent management consultant.

Prior to launching SPC, Seely held positions of increasing responsibility at several media and technology-related businesses, including Luma Pictures, Spotify, Hulu, CNN and Fox Sports. He also gained experience at the global management consulting firm of McKinsey & Company, where he served in the Business Technology Office for over three years.

Seely holds a BA from Bates College in Maine and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
