David Bills brings nearly 30 years of experience in global business leadership, strategy development, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance to the Management Board of CP Kelco.

As the former Chief Strategy Officer for DuPont, a $25 billion specialty chemical, materials, biosciences and agricultural products company, Bills was responsible for corporate strategy, M&A and capital allocation. He was also a member of DuPont’s executive Operating Team.

Previously, Bills held roles of increasing responsibility at DuPont. As President of DuPont’s Fluoroproducts business, he doubled profits and significantly increased growth. While serving as DuPont’s Chief Marketing Officer, he accelerated growth and profitability through leadership of all corporate marketing and sales, digital marketing and brand activities.

Prior to joining DuPont, Bills was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised senior executives at Fortune 500 manufacturing, technology and life sciences companies on strategy, growth and marketing.

His public company board experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of Modine Manufacturing Company from 2015-2022, where he was a member of the Board’s Audit, Governance and Technology Committees. Bills also served on the Board of Directors at Lydall, Inc., a leading specialty engineered products company, where he was a member of the Audit and Governance Committees until its sale in 2021.

Bills has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
