Michael Lorelli, a Director on the Management Board of CP Kelco, has spent the past 15 years leading and growing private equity portfolio companies in a variety of industries. Currently, Lorelli is Executive Chairman of the Board of Rita’s Italian Ices, the largest Italian Ice and Frozen yogurt chain in the world. He is also an Operating Partner of Falconhead Capital, which is the lead investor in Rita’s.

Previously, he held CEO roles for portfolio companies of Riverside Company, Rutledge Capital and Pouschine Cook Capital Management.

Lorelli’s Fortune 50 background includes two division president assignments at PepsiCo, in both the beverage and restaurant sectors.

He has his Masters-level Board Governance accreditations at both the National Association of Corporate Directors and The American College of Corporate Directors.

Lorelli received an MBA in Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a BA in Industrial Engineering from New York University’s School of Engineering and Science.
