Lily Prost joined the J.M. Huber Corporation in 2015 as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. She serves on the Huber Management Council. In addition to leading the Corporate HR Centers of Excellence, she has enterprise-wide responsibility, working with Huber’s portfolio businesses, to develop and execute human capital strategies, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, talent development and succession planning to achieve business goals and sustain Huber’s vision for growth. Prost also oversees the Corporate Communications function.
She is active with the Huber Corporate Board, working closely with the Management & Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance & Nominations Committee on incentive plan designs, executive compensation, CEO/leadership succession planning and Board recruiting. OnBoard, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in executive leadership and on corporate boards, named Prost to its 2021 Executive Leadership Honor Roll.
Prior to joining Huber, Prost was VP of Human Resources & Communications at Exide Technologies for the Americas, Asia Pacific & Corporate. She also held global HR leadership roles at Merial/Sanofi, Vulcan Materials and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, as well as working as a Process Improvement and change management consultant at Ernst & Young.
Prost holds an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) and a BA in Communications from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
