The J.M. Huber Corporation Board of Directors
Although Huber is privately owned, the company adheres to many of the best practices of publicly traded companies. Huber’s senior management team works closely with the Huber Corporate Board of Directors, which includes outside directors, Huber management and members of the Huber family. The Board provides an objective viewpoint on Huber’s strategic efforts. It also provides appropriate oversight for the dedicated Management Boards, which focus on Huber’s individual businesses.
