Donald G. Rubright
Don Rubright has served as the President of CP Kelco since 2006 and is a Director on the Management Board of CP Kelco Board. He assumed the corporate management role of the Huber Environmental, Health & Safety Council in March of 2011.
Rubright started his career at Huber in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM). He was promoted to Chief Administration Officer of HEM and was named President of the business in 2004. Rubright served in this capacity until he assumed his current leadership role at CP Kelco. Prior to joining the CP Kelco Board in 2011, Rubright was among the first members of the HEM Board.
Before coming to Huber, Rubright gained experience with the Rubbermaid organization. He held leadership roles in areas ranging from Finance, Operations and Corporate staff to Senior Management, including an expatriate assignment in Japan.
Rubright’s academic credentials include a BSA degree in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA from Wake Forest University, as well as continuing executive education classes at Harvard University and the Wharton business School.
