Ethics

At Huber, we don’t just talk about ethical behavior. We live it—every day, in every corner of the world. As we expand our global presence, it has become even more important for our employees to adhere to the highest ethical standards.
That’s the idea behind the Huber Principles, a set of core beliefs that we introduced to our organization more than 20 years ago. Our Principles serve as our cultural pillar and the guiding force on how we conduct ourselves—and our businesses—anywhere in the world.
To reinforce the importance of our Principle of Ethical Behavior, we have developed directives that guide the behavior of our employees and identify potential risk areas they may encounter in their work. We also outline the steps an employee can take to report a question or concern. Employees can call a 24-hour Ethics Line, report potential issues online or raise the issue with management at all levels.
Huber’s most important asset is its good name—a reputation the company has built over the course of more than 125 years. Every Huber employee knows that it is his or her responsibility to maintain and strengthen the Huber name, and build on the trust that we have earned from our customers, our shareholders and those who live and work near our facilities.
