Bruce Seely
A fourth generation Huber family member, Bruce Seely has played an active role in the company for many years. He served as an original member of the Huber Family Steering Committee, a member of the Huber Family Governance Task Force and a member of the Huber Board of Directors. In addition to his role as a Board member of Huber Engineered Woods LLC (HEW), Seely is currently President of HFO Services Corporation, a financial services company and family office for Huber Family Shareholders.
Seely has firsthand experience with HEW’s products having been professionally involved with the building industry for 35 years. He is the owner of Seely & Co., a home building and remodeling company. Seely also owned and operated a concrete foundation company, Green Mountain Foundations in Bridgewater, Vermont.
Seely is past President of the Board of the Union Arena Community Center—an ice skating and event center in Vermont; is a Level 4 USA Hockey Certified Coach; and Skips (captains) on a curling team.
Seely holds a degree in psychology from Milton College and recently completed a Kellogg School of Management course on Governing the Family Business.
